농업인대학 학습자의 교육효과성과 관련변인의 위계적 관계

The Hierarchical Linear Relationship between Educational Effectiveness and Related Variables of Learners in Farmers’ Academy

이 연구의 목적은 농업인대학 학습자의 교육효과성과 관련변인의 위계적 관계를 구명하는데 있었다. 이를 위하여 102개 농업기술센터의 농업인대학 학습자로부터 1,390개의 자료를 수집하였으며, 과정명을 기재하지 않거나, 위계적 선형모형 분석에 맞지 않는 자료를 제외한 1,268명(124개 과정)의 자료가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 수집된 자료는 PASW Statistics 18.0 for Windows 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계를 분석하였고, HLM 6.06 for Windows 프로그램을 활용하여 위계적 선형모형 분석을 실시하였으며, 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 농업인대학 학습자의 교육효과성 수준은 보통 이상의 수준으로 나타났으며, 이는 농업인대학 교육이 학습자들에게 도움이 되고 있다는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, 농업인대학 학습자의 교육효과성은 학습자 개인 차원 변인뿐만 아니라 교육과정(집단) 차원 변인으로 설명될 필요가 있었다. 셋째, 개인 차원 변인 가운데 영농형태(전업농>겸업농)와 교육준비도 및 교육참여도가 농업인대학 학습자의 교육효과성에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 개인 차원 변인을 통제한 후 교육과정(집단) 차원 변인 중 교육내용과 교수자 변인이 농업인대학 학습자의 교육효과성에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to identity the hierarchical linear relationship between educational effectiveness and related variables of learners in farmers’ academy. To achieve the purpose, 1,390 questionnaires were collected from 102 agricultural extension services, of which 1,268 were used for analysis after data cleaning. These data were analyzed by both descriptive statistics and hierarchical linear model(HLM). All data analysis was accomplished using the PASW Statistics 18.0 for windows program and the HLM 6.06 for windows program. The major finding of this study were as follows: ⓛ The levels of educational effectiveness was higher than 4.0, and It means that farmers’ academy program was useful ② The result of null model analysis, educational effectiveness need to be explained by individual and curriculum level variables ③ The result of mean model analysis, types of farming, preparation of education and involvement of education have significant effect on educational effectiveness ④ The result of explanatory model analysis, education contents and instructor have significant effect on educational effectiveness of learner in farmers’ academy.
