학습영역에 따른 농작업 안전관리자 교육프로그램 교수계획안 프레임 개발

A Research on Developing Lesson Plan Framework of Job Training Program for Agricultural Safety and Health Based on Types of Learning Domain

본 연구는 농작업 안전관리자 교육프로그램의 교수계획안 프레임을 개발하고 이를 적용하여 농업현장에 맞는 교수계획안을 개발하는 데 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해 농작업 안전관리자 교육프로그램의 교육내용을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 세부교육내용별 학습영역을 설정하였으며, 문헌고찰을 통해 학습영역별 교수계획안 프레임 및 교수계획안을 개발하였다. 교육내용 분석은 주제분석 방법을 활용하여 전문가 협의회를 통해 교육내용, 세부교육내용, 필수학습요소 및 도구를 도출하였다. 학습영역의 설정은 관련 선행연구 고찰을 통해 세 가지 유형의 학습영역을 도출하였고, 각 세부교육내용 및 필수학습요소를 분석하여 세부교육내용별 학습영역을 설정하였다. 학습영역에 따른 효과적인 교수를 제공하기 위해 선행연구의 교수활동 절차적 요소 및 공통요소를 분석하여 학습영역별 교수계획안 프레임을 개발하고 이를 적용한 교수계획안을 도출하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 주요 결과 및 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 농작업 안전관리자 교육 프로그램의 교육내용을 분석하여‘정보습득 및 활용’영역과‘심리운동 기능’영역의 학습영역을 설정하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 상이한 성격을 지니는 학습내용에 대한 처방적인 교수전략을 제공할 수 있는 기반을 마련하였다. 둘째,‘정보습득 및 활용’영역의 학습을 위한 교수계획안 프레임은 주의 자극 및 획득, 학습목표 제시, 학습내용 제시 및 안내, 성취행동 유도 및 피드백, 요약 및 마무리로 구성되었으며,‘심리운동 기능’영역의 학습을 위한 교수계획안 프레임은 주의 자극 및 획득, 학습목표 제시, 학습정보 회상, 시연, 실습, 파지증진으로 구성되었다. 셋째, 개발된 교수계획안 프레임을 토대로 학습영역별 교수활동을 반영한 교수계획안을 개발함으로써 농작업 안전관리 교육에 대한 체계적이고 효과적인 교수와 양질의 표준화된 수업을 제공하게 하였다.

The purpose of this study was to develop lesson plan framework for job training program for agricultural safety and health and make lesson plan by using this framework. To achieve the purpose, we conducted the learning task analysis and developed learning domain-specific lesson plan framework based on literature review. Through a content analysis, we analyzed sub learning contents and set learning domain based on analyzed contents. Then, we formed developed lesson plan according to learning domain by using developed lesson plan framework. The results of this study were as follows: 1) Contents of job training program for agricultural safety and health were analyzed into acquisition and application of information and psychomotor domain. 2) Lesson plan framework for teaching cognitive domain were designed including ‘gain attention’, ‘inform learning objectives’, ‘present and guide the content’, ‘elicit performance and provide feedback and summary’. Lesson plan framework for teaching psychomotor domain were designed including ‘gain attention’, ‘inform learning objectives’, ‘stimulate recall of prior learning contents’, ‘demonstrate’, ‘pratice and improve retention’. 3) Based on the lesson plan framework, lesson plan was developed including specific teaching contents, several instructional methods and teaching time.
