농업계 고등학생의 가족변인, 진로정체감 및 심리적 안녕감 간의 관계

Relationship between Family Variables, Vocational Identity, and Psychological Well-being for Agricultural High School Students

본 연구에서는 농업계 고등학생의 가족변인(가족강인성, 가족응집성, 의사소통), 진로정체감, 심리적 안녕감 간의 관계를 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 대상은 충청남도 2개교와 전라남도에 소재한 2개 농업계 고등학교에 재학 중인 학생 369명이다. 자료는 SPSS Win 18.0과 AMOS 18.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 경로분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 농업계 고등학생의 진로정체감에는 가족강인성, 가족응집성, 의사소통이 모두 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 농업계 고등학생의 진로정체감은 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 셋째, 농업계 고등학생의 가족강인성, 의사소통, 진로정체감은 심리적 안녕감에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있었고, 가족강인성, 가족응집성, 의사소통은 진로정체감을 매개변인으로 하여 심리적 안녕감에 간접적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 가족변인과 진로정체감과의 관계를 규명함으로서 농업계 고등학생들이 사회의 한 구성원으로서 건강하게 기능할 수 있도록 돕고, 더 나아가서는 향후 농업관련 직업을 통해 자아실현을 하며 심리적 안녕감을 누리는데 필요한 기초 자료를 제공해 주었다는데 그 의의가 있다.

This study investigated relationship between family variables(family strength, family cohesion and communication of family) vocational identity and psychological well-being for agricultural high school students. The subjects of this research were 369 students in two schools located in Chungcheongnam-do and in two agricultural high schools in Jeollanam-do. Collected data was analyzed through path analysis using SPSS Win 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 statistical program. The results of this study are as follows. First, family strength, family cohesion and communication of family affected vocational identity of agricultural high school students. Second, vocational identity of agricultural high school students influenced psychological well-being. Third, family strength, communication, vocational identity of agricultural high school students directly affected psychological well-being. Family strength, family cohesion, and communication indirectly affected psychological well-being by mediation variable of vocational identity. This study is beneficial to help agricultural students to function as one of social members by examining the relationship between vocational identity and family Variables which affect the psychological well-being. Furthermore, it is also significant to present basic data essential for self-actualization and maintaining psychological well-being through the agriculture-related vocations in the future.
