농가경영성과에 따른 농업인 교육 분야별 필요도에 대한 분석

An Analysis of Necessity on Farmer Education by Farmer Education Sector Related to Farm Management Result

이 연구는 농업경쟁력 제고의 방안으로 수행되고 있는 농업인 교육의 효과를 구명하고, 농가경영성과별로 농업인 교육 분야별 필요도의 차이를 분석하고자 하였다. 또한 농가경영성과별로 필요한 교육 분야를 제시하고자 하였다. 구체적 목적달성을 위한 분석 방법은 대응표본t-검정, 일원분산분석 및 대응일치분석이며, 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 농업교육과정에 대한 농가들의 교육 참여 이후 만족도 점수가 참여 이전 기대 점수보다 더 높아 농업인 교육 사업이 효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 농업인의 교육 필요도를 농가경영성과의 주요 지표인 소득과 부채를 기준으로 구분해본 결과, 경영능력배양과 농외소득증대 교육 필요도에서 공통적인 차별성이 존재하였다. 셋째, 대응일치분석을 통해 지각도를 그려본 결과, 농가 소득수준과 부채수준에 따라서 교육 분야에 대한 필요도가 다르게 나타났다. 이러한 분석 결과는 교육과정을 개발함에 있어서 농가들의 소득수준과 부채수준도 사전에 충분히 고려할 필요가 있다는 것을 제시해주고 있다. 앞으로 농업인 교육은 농가경영성과에 따른 수요자 맞춤형 교육과정을 통해 농업지식․기술 및 경영 능력에 대한 질적 변화를 기대할 수 있고, 더 나아가서 농업 전반의 경쟁력 제고에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 판단된다.

This study is to clear up the effect of farmer education for upgrade in the competitiveness of agriculture and to analyze the differences of necessity in farmer education sector by farm management result. Additionally, it proposes farmer education sector that farmers need by farm management result. Analysis methods used for this study are paired t-test, one-way ANOVA test and correspondence analysis. Major results are as follows. First, it shows that the effect of farmer education was over the expectation because satisfaction score was higher when farmer finished farmer education course compared to expectation score before participation in farmer education course. Second, there are common differences in necessity of farmer education course for the enhancement of management ability and the increase of nonfarm income in results that necessity of farmer education course was analyzed by income and debt level. Third, according to perceptual map through correspondence analysis, there are differences in necessity of farmer education course by income and debt level. It suggests that income and debt level have to be considered deeply in developing farm education course in advance. From now on, Farmer education course can make a qualitative change on the agricultural knowledge, techniques and management abilities by customized education course, effect positively on strengthening the competitiveness of agriculture by extension.
