전략적 인적자원개발(SHRD) 관점에서의 전문대학 교육과정 개발

A Study on the Development Curriculum of Community College Based on The Strategic Human Resources Development

본 연구는 전략적 인적자원개발(SHRD : Strategic Human Resource Development) 관점에서 산업현장 환경상의 요구에 부응하여 학과의 인재육성 전략과 연계된 교육과정을 어떻게 개발할 것인가에 대한 절차와 방법을 제시하고자 하는데 목적이 있으며;전문대학을 졸업한 인적자원이 유능한 전문 직업인으로 성장하는 데 필요한 교육과정 개발 및 운영과 관련된 구체적인 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 본연구의 과정 및 활용 측면에서 설명할 수 있는 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째;수요자 중심의 교육과정 개발의 문제를 전략적 인적자원개발의 관점에서 접근하고;실제 개발 결과를 C대학 애니메이션과 사례를 중심으로 제시하였다. 둘째;본 연구에서는 관련 산업체 요구와 학과의 인재상 간의 총체적인 통합에 초점을 맞추어 학습목표를 개발하였으며;이렇게 개발된 학습목표는 산업체에서 요구하는 수행 기준과 균형을 이루고자 하였다. 셋째;개발된 교육과정은 그 자체로도 중요하지만;면밀한 분석 및 검토 과정을 통해 개발된 교육과정의 결과가 다양한 교수-학습 설계의 기초 참고 자료로 활용될 수 있도록 하였다.

This study is purposed to suggest the procedure and method how to develop the curriculum linked with elite cultivation strategy in responding to the environmental request in industrial site in the viewpoint of Strategic Human Resources Development(SHRD). It is to suggest the specific idea related with the development of operation of curriculum for the human resources who graduated the community college to grow as a specialized professional. The implications which can be explained from the process of this study in terms of utilization are as listed below. First;the matters of the demander oriented curriculum development were approached in the viewpoint of strategic human resource development and the practical development result was suggested based on the animation department case in “C” community college. Second;the study objective was developed focused on the global integration between the request of the related industry and elite image for the department. Such developed objective was balanced with the performance standard which is requested from industry. Third;the developed curriculum is important as it is;however;the result of the developed curriculum through the precise analysis and review was made to be utilized for the basic reference data for various teaching-learning designs.
