RP(Rapid Prototyping) 접근법에 기반한 농작업 안전 직무교육 프로그램 개발

Job Training Program Development for Agricultural Safety and Health based on Rapid Prototyping Approach

이 연구는 농작업 안전보건 일반관리자가 농작업 안전 및 보건 관련 직무의 성공적 수행을 위해 요구되는 지식 및 기술 등을 향상시키기 위한 직무교육 프로그램을 개발하는 데 그 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해 전통적인 교수체제설계(ISD)의 순차적 개발과정을 보완한 RP 접근법(Rapid Prototyping Approach)에 따라 교육 프로그램 개발 모형을 설정하였고;이 모형을 바탕으로 학습자용 교재;강사용 매뉴얼;보충 자료를 포함한 교육 프로그램 교재를 개발하였다. 이 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째;전통적인 ISD 모형의 선형적인 개발과정을 보완하기 위해 참여자들의 의견을 수시로 반영할 수 있는 RP 접근법을 활용하여 교육 프로그램 설계 모형을 설정하였다. 둘째;교육 프로그램 개발 관련 이해 관계자의 다양한 요구를 수용하여 학습자용 교재를 개발하였다. 즉;Prototype 개발을 통하여 단계별 산출물을 제시하고;이에 대한 즉각적인 평가를 통해 다양한 요구와 농작업안전보건 일반관리자들이 안전보건 관련 업무를 수행할 때 필요한 지식 및 기술 등에 관한 내용이 충분히 반영될 수 있도록 교재를 개발하였다. 그리고 학습한 내용을 실제 업무 현장에서 유용하게 활용할 수 있도록 다양한 형태의 학습활동을 개발하였다. 셋째;학습자용 교재를 바탕으로 강사용 매뉴얼과 보충자료를 개발하였다. 강사용 매뉴얼이란 보다 효과적이고 효율적인 강의 진행을 지원하고;강사와 무관하게 학습내용이 표준화되어 전달될 수 있도록 강의 내용과 절차 및 방법;시간 계획 등의 상세한 안내를 포함한 지침서를 의미한다. 또한 보충자료는 학습자용 교재와 연계하여 심화 지식 및 기술 들을 보다 용이하게 확인할 수 있도록 구성된 자료를 말한다.

The purpose of this study was to develop a job training program that can deliver knowledge and skill necessary for agricultural safety and health manager. A new program development model applying rapid prototyping(RP) approach to the basic ISD model was established to develop the program. Then;a textbook for learners;a manual for instructors;additional learning material were produced based on the model. The major conclusions of this study were as follows. First;this study suggested a new type of program development model that combines RP model and linear ISD model that can apply opinion of participants to compensate the defect of traditional ISD model. Second;the material was developed by applying opinion of stakeholders of program development. By developing a prototype;interim finding;the users could evaluate it at first hand. Therefore;the materials contain the content knowledge;skill;tools(KST) that agriculture safety and health managers need when they perform the job. Also various types of activities were developed so that can the learners can apply the learned contents to the job. Third;the instructors manual and supplementary material was developed based on learners text book. The instructors manual is a guidance that contains the details such as learning contents;procedure and methods so that standard lectures could be delivered regardless of who teaches. Also;supplementary material is the material contains intensified knowledge and skill related to the contents of learners textbook;so that the instructors can check them with ease.
