다문화 가정의 사회‧심리적 변인과 가정생활적응 간의 경로모형 분석

Analysis of Path Model between Socio-Psychological Variables in Multi-Cultural Families and Adjustment to Family Life

이 연구의 목적은 다문화 가정 남성들의 학력·소득에 따라 가정생활적응에 대한 주효과와 상호작용을 분석하고, 사회·심리적 변인과 가정생활적응에 대한 경로분석을 실시하였다. 이 연구의 모집단은 전남·광주지역에 거주하고 있는 다문화 가정 남성 195명이다. 자료의 분석은 windows SPSS 16.0과 AMOS 7.0 통계프로그램을 사용하였으며, 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 신뢰도 검사, 이원변량분석, 경로분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과에 따라 다음과 같은 연구결론을 제시한다. 첫째, 다문화 가정생활적응에는 학력은 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없었으나, 소득에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 학력과 소득에서의 상호작용효과에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 일반적으로 학력이 높고 소득이 높을수록 다문화 가정생활적응 정도는 높다. 둘째, 다문화 가정 남성의 사회경제적 배경, 사회적 지지는 자아존중감에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 사회적지지, 자아존중감은 가정생활적응에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 또한 사회경제적 배경은 다문화 가정생활적응에 직접적인 영향을 미치지는 못하였으나 사회경제적 배경, 사회적지지, 자아존중감, 가정생활적응 간에는 직·간접적인 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze main effects and interactions in adjustment to family life of multicultural families according to husbands education and income and to conduct a path analysis on socio-psychological factors and adjustment to family life. The population of the research were 195 husbands of multi-cultural families in Gwangju, Julanamdo. For data analysis, windows SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 7.0 statistical program were used and frequency, percentage, mean and reliability tests and two-way analysis of variance and path analysis were conducted. The results of the research are as follows. First, as for adjustment to family life in multi-cultural families, there was no statistically significant difference in the level of education but there was statistically significant difference in income. And there was statistically significant difference in the interaction between education and income. In other words, in multicultural families, the higher the level of education and income is, the higher the degree of adjustment to family life is. Second, the socio-economic background and social support of husbands of multi-cultural families have direct influence on self-esteem and the self-esteem have direct influence on adjustment to family life. The socio-economic background does not have direct influence on adjustment to family life but there are direct and indirect influences between socio-economic background, social support, self esteem, adjustment to family life.
