Methods: The participants were 123 care workers employed at 10 nursing homes. Data were collected from April 23 to May 6, 2020 using questionnaires for person-centered care, organizational culture, empathy, and communication competence. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson s correlation and multiple regression. Results: The average age of participants was 60.10 years old, 98.4% were female, and the average working experience was 55.17 months.
