직업계고 학점제 성과관리 모델 개발 연구

A Study on the Development of a Performance Management Model for the Vocational High School Credit System

이 연구는 직업계고를 중심으로 고교학점제의 성과관리 모델을 개발하고, 개발된 성과관리 모델에 근거하여 수정된 IPA 분석을 실시함으로써 향후 직업계고 학점제 도입에 관한 시사점을 얻기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 선행연구 고찰과 전문가 자문을 통해 투입, 과정, 산출에 따라 10개 영역 및 34개의 성과지표로 구성된 직업계고 학점제 성과관리 모델을 도출하였으며, 209개 직업계고 학점제 연구․선도학교의 학교관리자와 학점제 담당 교사를 대상으로 조사를 실시하여 성과관리 모델에 수정된 IPA 분석을 실시하였다. 수정된 IPA 분석을 통해 집중적인 개선이 필요한 요소가 도출되었으며, 학교관리자와 학점제 담당 교사 간에 집중 개선이 필요한 요소에 대한 인식 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구에서 개발한 직업계고 학점제 성과관리 모델(안)과 수정된 IPA 분석 결과는 단위학교의 학점제 도입과 운영을 위해 필요한 지원 방안을 강구하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study aimed to develop a high school credit system performance management model centered on vocational high school and obtain implications by deriving revised IPA analysis. This study derived a performance management model for the vocational high school credit system, which consists of 10 areas and 34 performance indicators according to input, process, and output. We conducted a demand survey to teachers and analyzed the revised IPA. Through the revised IPA analysis, we identify the factors that need intensive improvement. There was a difference in perception of the factors requiring intensive improvement between school managers and practitioners. This study s results contribute to devising the necessary support plans for the credit system s introduction and operation.
