경기도 직업계고 학교 밖 교육 모형 개발

A Study on the Development of Out-of-School Education Model for Vocational High schools in Gyeonggi-do

본 연구의 목적은 직업계고의 교육과정 내에서 학점 인정이 가능한 학교 밖 교육 운영 방안 마련을 위하여 경기도 직업계고 학교 밖 교육 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위한 연구 문제는 경기도 직업계고 학교 밖 교육 모형에 대한 타당도를 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구 절차와 방법은 문헌 연구를 통하여 경기도 직업계고 학교 밖 교육 모형을 이론적으로 구안하고, 이를 토대로 담당교사 워크솝을 통하여 초안을 개발하고, 개발한 초안에 대한 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 설문지를 개발하여 전문가 패널을 대상으로 설문 조사 및 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경기도 직업계고 학교 밖 교육 운영 모형(안)에 대한 타당도 평균은 4.76, CVR 평균은 0.93으로 나타났다. 이 운영 모형(안)의 모든 내용에 대한 CVR은 기준값 0.33 이상으로 타당하다. 둘째, 경기도 직업계고 학교 밖 교육 절차 흐름도(안)에 대한 타당도 분석 결과, 타당도 평균은 4.58, CVR 평균은 0.92로 나타났다. 이 절차 흐름도(안)에 대한 CVR은 기준값 0.33 이상으로 타당하다. 셋째, 경기도 직업계고 학교 밖 교육 승인 기준(안)에 대한 타당도 평균은 4.79이고, CVR 평균은 0.90으로 나타났다. 이 승인 기준(안)의 모든 인정기준 내용에 대한 CVR은 기준값 0.33 이상으로 타당하다.

The purpose of this study is to develop an out-of-school education model for vocational high schools in Gyeonggi-do in order to prepare an out-of-school education management plan that allows credits to be recognized within the vocational high school curriculum. The research problem for this is to analyze the validity of the educational model out-of-school of Gyeonggi vocational high schools. Procedure and method of study include theoretical planning of an out-of-school education model for vocational high schools in Gyeonggi-do through literature research, development of draft through teachers‘ workshop based on the aforementioned, and this study conducted survey and analysis targeting expert panel by developing a questionnaire for verifying validity of the draft. The results of the study are as follows. First, results show that average validity of out-of-school education operation model(plan) for operation vocational high schools in Gyeonggi-do was 4.76 and average CVR was 0.93. CVR of all contents of the operation model(plan) was considered reasonable with 0.33 of validity reference value. Second, as a result of analysis on the validity of out-of-school education flow chart(plan) for vocational high schools in Gyeonggi-do, average validity was 4.58 and average CVR was 0.92 respectively. CVR of the flow chart(plan) was considered reasonable with 0.33 of validity reference value. Third, average validity of acceptance criteria(plan) of out-of-school education for vocational high schools in Gyeonggi-do was 4.79 and average CVR was 0.90. CVR of all the contents of the acceptance criteria(plan) was considered reasonable with 0.33 of validity reference value.
