반성적 사고 기반 교육연극을 활용한 예비교사 교육 프로그램 개발 및 적용

The Development and Application of Pre-service Teacher Education Program using Educational Drama based on Reflective Thinking

본 연구는 예비교사가 실제 교육현장과 유사한 경험 및 경험에 대한 반성적 성찰을 할 수 있도록 반성적 사고 기반 교육연극 프로그램을 개발하여 적용한 후, 그 효과를 분석한 것이다. 프로그램의 목적은 예비교사들이 자신의 교육과정 관점을 명료화해 나가는 것이며, 이를 위해 교직 이론 과목인 ‘교육과정’ 과목을 대상으로 백워드 설계에 따라 교육연극을 활용한 프로그램을 개발하였다. 프로그램의 적용은 서울 K 대학교 교직이수 학생 30명의 동의를 받아 2019년 1학기 동안 수행하였고 프로그램의 효과로서 학생들의 교육과정 관점의 변화와 교육연극의 유용성에 대해 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 교육과정 관점의 변화에 있어서 예비교사들은‘나는 그런 교사가 되고 싶지 않다’라는 자신의 교육과정 관점에 대한 막연한 자각으로부터, ‘나는 어떤 교육과정 관점을 가지고 있다’라는 교육과정 관점의 명료화, 그리고‘타인과 사회의 요구 등을 고려한 교육과정 관점의 재 명료화’및‘다양한 요인을 고려한 교육과정 관점’으로 변화하는 특징을 나타냈다. 또 교육연극은 학습경험, 교수학습방법, 상호작용, 반성적 사고, 현실적 경험에 효과가 있다고 반응하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 교육연극을 활용한 예비교사 프로그램이 교육과정 관점 명료화 및 교수학습방법으로 효과적임을 나타내며 앞으로 다른 교직과목에로의 확산 및 경험을 바탕으로 한 교직과목간의 연계 등을 제안하였다.

This study aimed to analyze the effects of the pre-service teacher education program based on their experiences and the their reflection using educational drama. The program including 4 main performance tasks was developed by reconstructing the content of the ‘Curriculum’ subject according to backward design and applied to an experimental group of 30 pre-service teacher for 13 weeks. To analyze the effects of this program, pre-service teachers’journals on curriculum perspectives were gathered and, in-depth interview & survey of satisfaction on this program were conducted. Analysis those results gathered showed the positive changes in aspects of the clarification of pre-service teachers’ curriculum perspectives. and in the improvement of a level of reflection as were set in the purpose of this program. And high satisfaction with this program was appeared, especially in aspects of the interaction with other teachers while they were acting in the drama. Based on this results, it was recommended the application of educational drama to other subjects and the extension of implementation period of these subjects.
