베드로 리더십에 관한 연구

Study on the Peter s Leadership: Focusing on Acts chapter.1-12

현대 사회는 유래 없는 물질적인 풍요를 누리고 있지만 그와 동시에 비윤리적인 문제들이 현대 사회를 병들게하고 있고 이 속에서 올바른 규범과 가치관을 형성하지 못한 구성원들은 혼란에 빠져있다. 이런 상황을 타개하기 위해 많은 리더십 이론들이 나왔으며 그 중에서 영적 리더십은 2000년대 이후 많은 연구들이 진행되면서 주목을 받고 있다. 본고에서는 이러한 영적 리더십 연구의 일환으로 사도행전 1장-12장 중심으로 예수의 승천이후 베드로가 행하였던 사역들을 통하여 베드로가 어떤 영적 리더십을 가지고 있는지 살펴보았다. 첫 번째로 예수의 승천 직후 어수선하던 교회공동체에서 베드로는 사명을 가지고 나서서 담대함의 리더십을 보여주었다. 두 번째 리더십은 아나니아와 삽비라의 이야기를 통해 진실함의 리더십을 보여주었고 세 번째는 로마의 백부장이었던 고넬료를 방문한 이야기로 시작하여 평등함의 리더십을 보여주었다. 베드로의 이러한 리더십은 초기 교회공동체가 자리를 잡고 번창할 수 있었던 계기가 되었고 유대인에게만 국한되어있던 복음이 이방인에게도 전파될 수 있었다. 베드로의 담대함, 진실함, 평등함 리더십은 불모지였던 베드로 리더십 연구를 진행했다는 점에 의의가 있으며 베드로 개인 리더십 모델은 다른 영적 리더십 모델에 적용할 수 있는 정보를 제공해 줄 것이다.

Modern society enjoys unheard-of material affluence, but at the same time unethical problems are making modern society sick, and members who fail to form the right norms and values are in turmoil. There have been many leadership theories to overcome this situation, among which spiritual leadership has been in the spotlight since the 2000s as many studies have been conducted. As part of this spiritual leadership study, we looked at Peter s spiritual leadership through the ministry that Peter had since Jesus ascension, focusing on Chapter 1-12 of the Acts. First, in the chaotic church community right after Jesus ascension, Peter came forward with a mission and showed leadership in boldness. The second leadership showed leadership of truth through the stories of Anania and Sabira, and the third showed leadership of equality, starting with a visit to Cornelius, the Roman centurion. Peter s leadership enabled the early church community to settle down and thrive, and the gospel, which was limited to Jews, could be spread to strangers. Peter s boldness, sincerity and equality leadership is meaningful in that he conducted research on the barren Peter leadership, and the Peter personal leadership model will provide information that can be applied to other spiritual leadership models.
