예비 영유아교사의 행복감 및 교사효능감에 영향을 주는 요인 연구

The effects of early childhood pre-service teachers’ teaching aptitude on their happiness and teaching efficacy

본 연구는 예비 영유아교사의 행복감과 교사효능감에 미치는 영향을 교직적성을 중심으로 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상으로 J시에 위치한 대학의 유아교육과 재학생 120명을 선정하였으며, 교직적성, 행복감과 교사효능감에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 Pearson의 상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 자료 분석 결과 첫째, 예비 영유아교사의 교직적성과 행복감은 전체적으로 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 나타났으며, 예비 영유아교사의 교직적성은 행복감을 의미 있게 예측하는 변인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비 영유아교사의 교직적성과 교사효능감은 전체적으로 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 나타났으며, 예비 영유아교사의 교직적성은 행복감을 의미 있게 예측하는 변인으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 예비 영유아교사의 교직적성이 행복감과 교사효능감에 중요한 예측 변인임을 시사하고 있다.

This study aimed to examine the effects of childhood pre-service teachers teaching aptitude on their happiness and teaching efficacy. To achieve the study goals, a survey was carried out for 120 students from the early childhood education department of the university located in J city took part in this research as the subjects. Tests of childhood pre-service teachers teaching aptitude, happiness. and teaching efficacy were administered to the subjects. The collected data was processed through Pearson s correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 version. The data analysis showed the results as follows. First, childhood pre-service teachers teaching aptitude and happiness had an overall significant positive correlation, and childhood pre-service teachers teaching aptitude was a significant predictive factor for happiness. Second, childhood pre-service teachers teaching aptitude and teaching efficacy had an overall significant positive correlation, and childhood pre-service teachers teaching aptitude was a significant predictive factor for teaching efficacy. These results suggest that childhood pre-service teachers teaching aptitude is an important factor for happiness and teaching efficacy.
