고등학생을 위한 진로지도 프로그램 개발

Development of Career Guidance Program for High School Students

이 연구는 진로지도 프로그램의 개발 모형을 확립하고, 이에 따라 보다 체계적이고 통합적인 이론적 틀 내에서, 보다 현장성있고 실용성있는 고등학생을 위한 진로지도 프로그램을 개발하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 프로그램 개발 단계는 기초 분석, 프로그램 설계, 프로그램 개발, 프로그램 실행 및 평가 등 4단계로 확립되었으며, 각 단계에 따라 국내의 다양한 고등학생 대상 프로그램의 수집분석, 타당성을 확보하기 위하여 전문가에 의한 세부적인 검토 및 현장방문 등을 실시하였다. 프로그램은 고등학교에서의 재량활동 운영 가능 시간을 고려하여 총 34차시로 시동걸기(도입부) 2차시, 자신에 대한 이해 6차시, 직업세계에 대한 이해 7차시, 교육세계에 대한 이해 6차시, 진로의사결정 5차시, 진로계획 및 준비 8차시로 구성하였다. 세부 프로그램은 활동개요, 활동전개과정, 유의사항, 활동내용, 활동지, 교육자료, 읽을거리, 참고자료, 참고문헌 및 참고사이트를 각각 10~20페이지로 구성하였다. 구성된 프로그램은 전문 디자이너에게 의뢰하여 프로그램을 활용하기 용이하도록 고등학생 수준에 맞추어 구조 및 색상을 디자인하였다. 개발된 진로지도 프로그램은 한국직업능력개발원의 진로성숙도검사를 통하여 사후설계로 그 효과성을 검증한 결과 프로그램 이수 집단과 미이수 집단간에 진로성숙의 세부 영역들 모두에서 유의차가 나타나고 있어, 효과가 있는 것으로 검증되었다.

The purpose of this study was to develop a career guidance program development for high school students. The stage of was program development established four stage: ① foundational analysis, ② program design, ③ program development, ④ program implementation and evaluation. This study was carried out through reviewing available literature, analyzing the cases, developing the model for career guidance program, and asking opinions from a panel of experts. The major results in this study were 1) career guidance model was developed and consisted of five dimensions: ① understanding oneself, ② understanding the world of work, ③ understanding the world of education, ④ making rational career decision, and ⑤ making plan about his/her career, 2) stages and objects of career guidance program were developed, 3) dimensions and specific contents of career guidance program established, 4) career development program for High school students was developed, 5) description form of program was decided. Career guidance program for high school students was evaluated by high school students through career maturity inventory of KRIVET, and experienced group score was higher than not experienced group to every domain of career maturity inventory. Based on the results, Some recommendations and implementation were made in the paper.
