「농업이해」교과의 효율적 학습을 위한 멀티미디어 활용방안에 관한 연구

A Study on the Multi-media Use for Effective Instruction of 「Introduction to agriculture」in Agricultural High School.

우수한 농업인력의 양성은 농업에 대한 올바른 인식과 기본적인 지식의 함양에서 출발해야 한다. 농업계 고등학교는 1학년 교육과정에「농업이해」교과목을 공통 필수로 지정하고 농업농촌농업인에 관련된 광범위한 기초지식을 제공하고자 한다. 그러나 교과의 내용과 범위가 너무 넓기 때문에 교실에서의 강의식 수업만으로는 학습효과를 높일 수 없어 다양한 멀티미디어 활용 수업이 요청된다. 이 연구에서는「농업이해」교과의 단원별 학습구조와 내용을 분석한 후, 멀티미디어의 특징을 바탕으로 단원별 학습에 가장 적합한 학습유형과 멀티미디어 매체를 제시하였다. 농업교육은 체험과 경험을 위주로 수업을 전개해야 효과적이다. 그러나 직접 체험을 하기에는 시간적공간적경제적 제약을 받는 교육환경에서 적절한 멀티미디어 활용교육은 실제 상황을 반영하는 생생함과 다양한 경험을 제공하기 때문에 매우 효과적이다. 또한 개인차를 고려한 개별화 학습이 가능하며, 학생 상호간 그리고 학생과 교사와의 상호작용도 원활하여 다양한 학습환경의 조성과 함께 학습의 시너지 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 「농업이해」교과 내용에 알맞은 멀티미디어 학습유형을 적용하고, 적절한 매체를 활용한다면 농업교육을 활성화하고 나아가 성공적인 농업인력을 육성할 수 있다.

The purpose of the study was to identify the useful multi-media for improving students academic activities in fundamental agricultural education. The study was administered through literature review and analysis of contents. The target subject was「Introduction to Agriculture」, a basic subject of agricultural high school. The major findings of the study were as follows. Firstly, internet were the most useful educational material to study the whole course of 「Introduction to Agriculture」. Secondly, animation and CD-ROM were the useful educational materials to study the relationship between agriculture and human life, rural society and rural life and agriculture career guidance. Thirdly, animation, slide and picture could be used to study agricultural technology and farm practice. Lastly, to study foreign agriculture slide and picture would be effective educational materials.
