The purpose of this study was to investigate relationship between the family-related variables and career maturity of agricultural high school students. The data were gathered from 300 students in agricultural high schools by the survey. The major findings of the study were as follows; (1) Protector types, educational level of parents, and SES had no significant relationship with career maturity of agricultural high school students. (2) Career-related communications among family members, family cohesion, family adaptability, and attachment with parents showed positive relationship with career maturity of agricultural high school students. (3) Career-related communications among family members, family cohesion, family adaptability, and attachment with parents had a significant effect on career maturity of agricultural high school students. especially, attachment with mother could explain the level of career maturity as the most significant than any other predictors. Based on the results of this study, some recommendations for the future researches were made as follows; (1) The family-related data from parents should be gathered more comprehensively. (2) The relationship between family-related variable and career maturity of general high school students should be compared.
