The use computer has had an enormous impact on our education and society during its short life span. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of computer literacy on elementary students learning attitude. It was set to investigate a sample o subjects in a elementary school was 185 on their computer literacy and three learning attitude (learning satisfaction, computer-applied learning, and learning achievement). The data reveal that the computer literacy of male students was higher than that of female. The results also show that the higher computer literacy of student causes the higher learning satisfaction and learning achievement of them. It also shows that the higher educational level of parents was the higher computer literacy of students. However, there was no significant difference between student s computer literacy and the spending time of computer use. This means the high use of computers is not allowing children to develop their literacy skills.
