The purpose of this study is to analyze the relation between university students personal variables, social supporting, self-efficacy belief and their career decision. To address this question, 458 students from 5 university located in Seoul, Jeonbuk, Jeonnam participated as the objects of the study. Completed question sheets contents were analyzed by SPSS 12.0 program and statistics methods were frequency analysis, percentage, average, the standard deviation, reliability analysis, multi-regression analysis, hierarchical regression analysis. The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, students who decided their career showed the higher degree in career decision capability, convenience, self-understanding, career information, determination, knowledge on career importance. Second, variables like gender, department, satisfaction of major, social supporting, satisfaction of major played important roles in students career decision, understanding, convenience, determination. So to speak, when students decide their career, personal and cognitive variables play leading roles. Therefore, career and job counseling should be aimed to help them be confident of their career decision. Third, what had an effect on career decision, convenience, Information were personal environment cluster(gender, department, satisfaction of major). Understanding and importance were affected by social supporting. self-efficacy belief was the most effective variable on determination.
