The importance of sustainable agriculture gets more increasing than ever. It is generally agreed upon that sustainable agriculture including organic farming and low input agriculture is an alternative current Korean agricultural situation with rapid social change. The purposes of this study were to develop a sustainable agriculture web site and related contents and to verify educational effects with selected subjects who experienced the contents. The web site consisted of e-Learning, animation, text based, and advertising motion picture contents. 127 high school students participated in the study as experimental subjects and were asked to answer cognitive questions and affective items after taking e-Learning contents. Based on the major findings, the followings were concluded. First, the web site was developed according to user usability because most portal sites related sustainable agriculture had limited information accessibility. In addition, they were hard to use for educational purposes. Second, contents contained in the web site were basically developed with the process of instruction system development model. Finally, there was significant effect of cognitive domain questions after taking e-Learning contents. On the contrary, no significant change took place in terms of affective domain items related to sustainable agriculture with the same e-Learning contents.
