자영농고 학생들의 교육 만족도 분석

Analysis on Education Satisfaction of Self-Management Agricultural High School Students

The purpose of this study was to research and analyse satisfaction on general education curriculum provided by self-management agricultural high schools. This study aims to examine the achievements of self-management agricultural high schools and to activate mutual communication between the provider and the user group and to improve and develop the quality of education in self-management agricultural schools. The targets for this research were picked from those who were students of three self-managed agricultural schools of Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheongnam-do and Jeollanam-do in September, 2004 at present. The conclusion of this study is as follows. First, the level of satisfaction by the students varied greatly depending on the divided factors. The level of satisfaction was comparatively lower when asked about the school life, facilities and the education performance part. Secondly, when asked about their level of satisfaction on teachers, lessons, school life, facilities, curriculum, actual practice & experiment, education performance, consultation, School A showed high level of satisfaction in club activities, facilities, actual practice & experiment, education performance, consultation and School C showed high level of satisfaction in teachers, lessons, human relationship and education performance. On the other hand, School B showed a low level of satisfaction overall when compared to School A and C. But for the operation of education curriculum, there was not much difference in their satisfaction level for School A, B and C.
