The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of agricultural high school teachers’ conceptual development level related to teaching and learning and job commitment on supervisory styles. The subjects included in the study were 106 agricultural high school teachers. The data were collected through mail survey method. Several statistical techniques such as frequency, ANOVA and Scheffe’s test were adopted to meet the setup purpose. Based on the findings, the followings were determined as major results. First, the subjects’ conceptual development level and job commitment were identified similar according to their educational carrier. Second, no statistical significance was found towards preference of supervisory style when grouped by the carrier. Third, there was a statistical significant relationship between the subjects’ conceptual development level and preference of supervisory style.
