우리나라 교육관련 법규의 평생교육 지향성 분석

The Characteristics of Educational Laws in the Context of Lifelong Educational Ideology

The purpose of this study was to analyze the educational laws in the context of the ideological characteristics of lifelong education. Four educational laws -the constitution article 31, the foundational education law, the elementary and secondary education law, and the higher education law- were analyzed by the frame of five fields of ideological characteristics of lifelong education which were a concept of educational reform, articulation and integration of education, guarantee of educational right, innovation of educational methodology, and democratization of education. The result of this study were as follows: First, the constitution article 31 is contained a good ideology of lifelong education and insisted the governmental responsibility for the promotion of lifelong education. Second, the foundational education law is very highly aimed at the ideological characteristics of lifelong education. Third, the elementary and secondary education law is included three fields of ideological characteristics of lifelong education which are a concept of articulation and integration of education, guarantee of educational right, and innovation of educational methodology. And fourth, the higher education law is included three fields of ideological characteristics of lifelong education which are a concept of educational reform, guarantee of educational right, and innovation of educational methodology.
