The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of teachers computer literacy on job performance ability and satisfaction. Building on the previous literature review, a theoretically structural equation model was developed. Adopting structural equation modeling approach and using LISREL(LInear Structural RELation) program, the model was tested and analyzed. The following conclusions were based on the results and findings from the LISREL. First, the result of structural equation models showed that the cognitive domain and psychomotor domain of computer literacy made a direct effect on job performance ability. Secondly, job performance ability, the endogenous variable and the affective domain of computer literacy were found to affect job satisfaction according to the model.
