regardless of sex. 420 Questionnaires were given out and 415 were returned but 12 answers had to be exempted due to the lack of content, thus only 403 answers were chosen as valid data. The result shown from this study is as follows: First, when looking at the differences between sexes, it was shown that boys were better at the actual preparing of course whereas reasonable decision making was done better by girls. But not much difference was shown in knowledge on course. When looking at the differences between first-and second-graders, no significant difference could be found. When the course-maturity was compared on whose decision it was to come to technical high school, the attitude and reasonable decision-making ability was higher when the decision was made by the student himself. Secondly, the relativity between course-maturity and the home & school environment, career consciousness was higher when the social & economical status of parents was higher. And the students attitude, reasonable decision-making and actual preparing of course improved as the structural and functional environment of school improved. Thirdly, the most effective factors influencing the attitude and reasonable decision-making was the functional environment of the school and maternal social & economical background. In conclusion, maternal function at home and personal relationships and effective curriculum at school brought about improvement in course-maturity.
