농업인력 육성을 위한 농업계 고등학교와 고등농업교육기관간의 연계 방향

The purpose of this study was to search the directions for articulating agricultural high schools(AHS) and higher agricultural education institutions(HAEI) to foster agricultural manpower, who will lead the knowledge-based agriculture in 21 century based on the analysis of actual conditions of fostering the agricultural manpower and actual examples of operating the articulation in AHS and HAEI. The conclusions on the directions for articulating AHS and HAEI were as follows: 1) Various articulation systems among AHS, agricultural junior college, and agricultural college should be set up. 2) The range of articulation between AHS and HAEI should be expanded from the identical department or major to the similar major areas or occupational clusters. 3) From students stand point, the objectives of articulation operation should be described based on competencies of agricultural school students(ASS) to be future agricultural manpower and educational contents which should be accomplished by ASS. 4) The articulation curriculum, such as a regular curriculum, should be organized and administrated according to the principles of series, integration, and continuance. Furthermore, it should be consisted of basic and common contents that ASS should be possessed as future agricultural manpower. 5) The articulation subject matters and the supplement teaching materials should be developed suitable to the scholastic level of ASS. 6) The cooperation system to revitalize the articulation operation between AHS and HAEI should be established. It is suggested, in the future, to research the specific articulation methods based on the conclusions of this study.
