The objective of the study was to find the current status of higher agricultural education system and to find its problem and solution for improving agricultural educational system. For the objectives, it was investigated in views of context, input, process and product evaluation through literature reviews. In context evaluation, what is the social expectation in higher agricultural education institute? and how is it satisfied by higher agricultural education institute for knowledge based society? In input evaluation, is the input apt for knowledge based society? or not? In process evaluation, is process of higher agricultural education apt for knowledge based society? or not? In product evaluation, is manpower and social effect apt for knowledge based society? It was reviewed by these question and concluded.
