Youth guidances are dynamic, non-formal system for developing and implementing activities. Despite a growing number of youth education activities in out of the school environment under the guise of community youth activities, a consistent and accepted definition of the youth activities is lacking. Outdoor-based approaches, such as adventure or experiential programs are often used interchangeably to describe experiential learning. This study was carried out through literature review related to experiential learning and outdoor education. Also, the purpose of this study was ⑴ to investigate the necessity of the youth activity and it s theoritical relationship on the youth activity, ⑵ to propose the direction on the Youth Education Science as discipline. ⑴ Experiential learning is an established approach in the tradition of adult education theory. But We can able to use this concept within the theoretical transition of youth education. ⑵ The core of experiential learning model is a simple description of a learning cycle. Especially, true knowledge is based on perceptions. ⑶ Youth training activities in out of the school are based on the experiential and empirical learning. So, youth education as discipline can use from the experiential learning theory.
