The purpose of this study was to identify relationship between teacher leadership perceived by students and students attitudes toward learning in agricultural high school. This study was conducted through reviewing literature and surveying subject about teacher leadership and students attitudes toward learning in agricultural high school students by using the questionnaires. Based on students respondings, teacher leadership style was classified with four style by the degree of initiating structure and consideration : effective leadership style, task centered leadership style, human relationship centered leadership style, ineffective leadership style. The major findings in this study were as follows: 1) Relationship between class teacher leadership conceived by students and students attitudes toward learning was statistically significant, but the level of the relationship was low. 2) When class teacher leadership style was human relationship centered leadership style, students attitudes toward learning was best. When class teacher leadership style was ineffective leadership style, students attitudes toward learning was worst. 3) When class teacher was male and educational career was high, students attitudes toward learning were good. 4) Students attitudes toward learning by sex, growing place, parent s vocation were not statistically significant.
