Current status of the educational farms of agricultural high schools was studied by polling. Two hundred and ninety one teachers, principals, and vice principals working at 77 agricultural high schools were polled and their answers were statistically analyzed using SPSS 10.0 for Windows. The results are as follows: 1. Average area of the educational farms in agricultural high schools was about 115,649m2 and each teacher was managing about 5,573m2. The teachers considered that the farms were too large to be managed properly as educational farms. 2. The teachers paid more attention to financial income than to educational effect in operating educational farms. However, they recognized the importance of the educational purposes of the school farms. 3. Labor was the most difficult factor the teachers were facing in managing the educational farms. Students were the major manpower for the operation of the farms. The teachers thought that the technical officers of the farms were not working harder than the teachers themselves. 4. The budgets of educational farms were not considered to be enough to maintain the farms and to do practical exercises for students. The teachers wanted the budgets of the agricultural high school farms to be increased to a level equal to those of technical high schools.
