The purpose of this study was to identify locus of control and school-related adjustment of agricultural high school students, and to identify relationship between locus of control and school-related adjustment of agricultural high school students. This study was conducted through reviewing literature and surveying subjects about locus of control and school-related adjustment of agricultural high school students by using the questionnaires. The major findings in this study were as follows: 1) There were lots of students of high internal locus of control, low powerful others locus of control and low chance locus of control in agricultural high school students. 2) School-related adjustment of agricultural high school students was found almost improper. 3) Relationship between internal locus of control and school related adjustment was statistically significant. Relationship between powerful others locus of control and school-related adjustment was statistically significant. Relationship between chance locus of control and school-related adjustment was not statistically significant.
