This case report describes a successful camouflage orthodontic treatment of skeletal class III malocclusion. A 22-yearold male patient presented with a chief complaint of mandibular prognathism and crowding. Clinical examination showed a concave profile, facial asymmetry, moderate crowding, shallow overjet, and maxillary transverse discrepancy. Maxillary Skeletal Expander (MSE) was used to expand the maxillary basal arch and to alleviate maxillary crowding. For the lower right quadrant, the right mandibular second premolar was extracted and a mini-implant was inserted on the buccal shelf to distalize the left mandibular dentition. 3-dimensional (3D) digital virtual set-up simulated the final treatment goal and virtual set-up model was printed by a 3D printer. In-office customized prescription brackets were fabricated on the printed set-up model and were bonded by using an individualized transfer jig. In-office customized brackets could be efficiently used to achieve an excellent treatment result.
