연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 보육교사의 COVID-19로 인한 직무스트레스와 코로나우울의 관계에서 COVID-19에 대한 두려움의 매개효과와 그릿의 조절효과를 포함하는 조절된 매개효과를 분석하여 보육교 사의 심리적 건강 증진과 코로나우울 예방, 실질적 개입방안에 대한 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 연구방법: 호남권(광주, 전남, 전북)과 영남권(부산, 대구, 경북, 경남)에서 재직 중인 보육교사 224명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후 IBM SPSS Statistics 25와 Process macro 3.5의 model 15를 통해 조절된 매개효 과를 검증하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 보육교사의 COVID-19로 인한 직무스트레스는 코로나우울에 유의한 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 이 과정에서 보육교사의 COVID-19로 인한 직무스트레스는 COVID-19에 대한 두려움을 매개로 하여 코로나우울에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, COVID-19로 인한 직무스트레스가 코로나우울로 가는 직접경로에서는 그릿의 조절효과가 유의하지 않았다. 넷째, COVID-19로 인한 직무스트레스가 COVID-19에 대한 두려움을 매개로 하여 코로나우울로 가는 간접경로에서는 그릿의 조절효과가 유의하여 그릿의 조절된 매개효과를 확인하였다. 결론: 보육교사의 COVID-19로 인한 직무스트레스에 따른 우울을 방지하기 위해서는 코로나에 대한 두려 움을 감소시킬 수 있는 정보제공이나 전염병 관리 방법에 대한 교육과 함께 보육교사의 그릿을 증진하기 위한 전략이 필요함을 시사한다.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide preliminary data regarding the improvement of psychological health, the prevention of Corona blue, and the practical intervention plans for childcare teachers. This study analyzes the mediation effect of fear of COVID-19 and the moderated mediation effect of grit including its moderating effect in the relationship between job stress and Corona blue in childcare teachers due to COVID-19. Methods: This survey targeted 224 childcare teachers in service in Honam region (Gwangju, Jeollanam-do and Jeollabuk-do) and Yeongnam region (Busan, Daegu, Gyeongsangbuk-do and Gyeongsangnam-do). The moderated mediation effect was verified through IBM SPSS Statistics 25 and Process macro 3.5 (Model 15). Results: First, the job stress of childcare teachers due to COVID-19 had a significant positive effect on Corona blue. Second, it was found that the job stress for childcare teachers due to COVID-19 affected Corona blue. The fear of COVID-19 functioned as a medium in this process. Third, the moderating effect of grit was not significant in the direct path of job stress, due to COVID-19, to Corona blue. Fourth, the moderating effect of grit was significant in the indirect path of job stress, due to COVID-19, to Corona blue with the fear of COVID-19 functioning as a medium, confirming the moderated mediation effect of grit. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that providing information that can reduce the fear of COVID-19, an education regarding the epidemic control method, and a strategy to improve the grit of childcare teachers are needed in order to prevent the depression among childcare teachers caused by job stress due to COVID-19.
