교사의 특수교육 교육과정 인식에 영향을 미치는 변인에 대한 메타분석

Meta-analysis of Variables Influencing Teacher’s Perception of Special Education Curriculum

이 연구의 목적은 메타분석을 통해 교사의 특수교육 교육과정에 대한 인식에 영향을 미치는 변인들의 효과 크기를 알아보고 효율적인 교육과정 계획 및 운영방안을 모색하는데 있다. 연구를 위해 논문 선정 과정을 거쳐 12편의 분석대상 논문을 선정하였으며, 메타분석을 실시하였다. 분석대상 논문은 교사의 특수교육 교육과정에 대한 인식을 알아본 연구들에 적용한 연구 설계는 모두 집단 간 인식의 비교를 한 경우에 해당되었다. 연구방법으로 교사의 특수교육 교육과정 인식에 영향을 미치는 변인별 효과 크기를 계산하였으며, 효과 크기는 Fisher의 z값을 계산하였다. 산출한 효과 크기 해석은 Cohen(1988)의 상관계수 효과 크기 판단 기준을 토대로 하였다. 연구결과 교사의 특수교육 교육과정 인식의 전반적 효과 크기는 교육과정 지식수준, 연수경험, 특수학교 유무 등에서 유의한 효과 크기가 나타났다. 또한 교사의 특수교육 교육과정 내용 인식에 영향을 미치는 변인으로는 교육과정 지식수준에서 유일하게 유의한 효과크기가 나타났으며, 운영방안에 영향을 미치는 변인으로는 교육과정 지식수준, 연수경험, 특수학교 유무 등에서 유의한 효과 크기가 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to the effects of variables that affect teachers perception of the special education curriculum through meta-analysis, and to find effective curriculum planning and management plans. For the study, 12 papers to be analyzed were selected through the thesis selection process. The study designs applied to the studies that investigated teachers perceptions on the special education curriculum were all in the case of comparing perceptions between groups. The effect size of each variable affecting the teacher s perception of the special education curriculum was calculated, and the effect size was calculated by calculating Fisher s z value. The calculated effect size analysis was based on the criteria for determining the effect size of the correlation coefficient suggested by Cohen (1988). As a result of the study, the magnitude of the overall effect of the perception of special education curriculum was significant in terms of the level of knowledge of the curriculum, training experience, and the presence or absence of special schools. As a variable influencing the perception of the contents of the special education curriculum, the only significant effect size was found in the level of knowledge of the curriculum. As variables influencing the operation plan, significant effect size was found in the level of knowledge of the curriculum, training experience, and the presence or absence of special schools.
