2019 개정 누리과정 기반 유아특수교사 놀이지원 실행역량 모형의 구성 타당성 검증

Verification of Construct Validity of the Model for Measuring 2019 Revised Nuri Curriculum Based Play Support Competency of Early Childhood Special Education Teachers

이 연구는 2019 개정 누리과정에 기반한 유아특수교사의 놀이지원 실행역량 모형의 구성 타당성을 검증하였다. 연구대상은 유아특수교사 189명이고 연구 도구는 『유아특수교사의 놀이지원 실행역량 측정 도구』로서 교육과정 운영, 배움 지원, 기록과 평가, 전문성 함양, 관계 형성 등 5개 영역 25개 문항으로 구성되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아특수교사 놀이지원 실행역량 모형의 수렴 타당성이 검증되었다. 둘째, 유아특수교사 놀이지원 실행역량 모형의 판별 타당성은 양호하게 나타났다. 이 연구는 유아특수교사의 놀이지원 실행역량 측정 모형의 수렴 타당성과 판별 타당성을 검증함으로써, 유아특수교사의 놀이지원 실행역량 모형의 개념적 구성 타당성을 입증하였다는 데 그 의의가 있다. 유아특수교사의 놀이지원 실행역량 모형은 유아특수교육 현직교사, 예비교사를 비롯한 유아특수교육 관련 종사자를 위한 유아․놀이 중심 교육과정 이해를 위한 기초 요목(要目)으로서 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to verify of construct validity of the model for measuring play support competency of early childhood special education teachers. The subject of the study is 189 early childhood special education teachers and the research tool consists of 25 questions in five competency, including curriculum implementation, learning support, records and evaluation, professional development, and relationship formation. The results of this study are as follows: First, The convergence validity of the model for measuring play support competency of early childhood special education teachers was verified. Second, discriminant validity of the model for measuring play support competency of early childhood special education teachers was found to be good. This study is meaningful that it proved the conceptual construct validity of the model for measuring play support competency by verifying convergence validity and discriminant validity of the model for measuring the play support competency of early childhood special education teachers. In the future, it was proposed to use it as a basic material for teacher education based on the evaluation of the play support competency for pre-service and in-service teachers.
