재구성 가족의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 -재혼을 경험한 성인의 관점에서-

A Study on the Factors Affecting the Quality of Life of the Reconstructed Family: From the perspective of adults who have experienced remarriage

본 연구는 가족해체와 가족 재구성을 경험한 성인 남녀를 대상으로 재혼가족의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 심리적, 경제적, 가족관계 및 사회적 요인들을 탐색하였다. 재혼가족 114명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였고, spss 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 회복탄력성이 높은 재혼가족일수록 다양한 갈등과 문제, 사건들에 대한 스트레스를 능동적, 수용적으로 대처하며, 위기나 어려움에 직면했을 때 인내와 노력을 더 기울이는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 월평균 소득이 높을수록, 경제적 만족감이 클수록 재혼가족들은 재혼 생활에 만족하고 삶의 질도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 재혼가족에게 있어서 부부관계는 매우 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 넷째, 재혼가족의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 성별 차이에서 여성이 남성보다 삶의 질이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과로 재혼가족들에 대한 사회적인 인식 제고와 재혼가족들이 건강하고 행복한 재혼 생활을 지속하기 위하여 가족 차원에서 특화된 심리적인 지원과 프로그램 개발 등이 필요함을 확인하였다.

Objectives: This study examines psychological, economic, family relations, and social factors that affect the quality of life of remarried families. Methods: A total of 114 remarried families were surveyed, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0. Results: First, the more resilient remarried families tend to cope actively with stress caused by various conflicts, problems and events that arise during the dismantlement and family reorganization process. Second, the higher the average monthly income of the remarried family is, the better their quality of life is. Similarly, the greater their economic satisfaction is, the better their quality of life is. Third, the marital relationship is a very important factor for remarried families. Fourth, women have better quality of life than men in terms of gender differences that affect the quality of life of remarried families. Conclusions: It was confirmed that specialized psychological support and program development may be necessary to promote social awareness of remarried families and to maintain their healthy and happy remarried lives.
