어머니의 양육불안, 우울과 시각장애아동의 부적응 행동과의 관계

Relationship to Maternal Parenting Anxiety, Depression and Maladaptive Behavior of Children with Visual Impairments: The Evaluation of the Moderating Effects of the Support Project for the Children with Visual Impairments and Families

연구목적: 본 연구는 어머니의 양육불안, 우울이 시각장애아동의 부적응 행동을 예측할 때 장애아동가족지원 사업이 조절변수로서 완충효과를 나타내는지 검증하였다. 연구방법: 특수학교와 일반학교에 재학 중인 만 13세 미만 시각장애자녀를 둔 어머니 총 171명이 연구에 참여하였으며, 자료 분석을 위해 상관관계 분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 장애아동가족지원 사업의 완충효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과: 연구결과, 어머니의 양육불안, 우울은 시각장애아동의 부적응 행동을 유의미하게 예측하였다. 장애아동가족지원 사업은 어머니의 우울이 시각장애아동의 부적응 행동에 부정적인 영향을 미칠 때 완충효과를 나타냈으나 어머니의 양육불안이 시각장애아동의 부적응 행동에 부정적인 영향을 미칠 때에는 완충효과를 나타내지는 못했다. 결론: 연구결과에 근거하여, 어머니의 양육불안, 우울이 시각장애아동의 부적응 행동을 높이는 상황에서, 장애아동가족지원 사업의 실용적인 프로그램 개발을 통해 시각장애아동의 부적응 행동을 경감시키고 긍정적 행동지원을 지원할 수 있는 방안들이 논의되었다.

Purpose: This study explored the relationships of maternal parenting anxiety, depression, and maladaptive behavior of children with visual impairments(CVI) and examined the moderating roles of the support project for the CVI and families on the main effect of maladaptive behavior of maternal parenting anxiety, depression to CVI. Method: A total of 171 mothers with CVI under 13 years of age attending special and general schools participated in the study, and the buffer effect of the support project the CVI and family was verified through correlation analysis and hierarchical regression for data analysis. Results: Results revealed that maternal parenting anxiety, depression predicted maladaptive behavior of CVI with statistical significance. The support project showed a buffer effect when the mother s depression negatively affected the maladaptive behavior of the CVI. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, measures were discussed to reduce maladaptive behavior and support positive action support for CVI through the development of practical programs for CVI and support project in situations where mother s anxiety and depression increase maladaptive behavior.
