신체장애 부모와 자녀로 구성된 요보호 2세대 가족 지원을 위한 탐색적 연구

An Exploratory Study on Support System for two-Generation Geriatric Families by Person with Physically Disability

본 연구는 장애인이 2인 이상 있는 가정 즉, 요보호 2세대(특히 자녀와 부모가 함께 장애를 가지고 있는 가정) 장애인가족이 필요로 하는 서비스나 욕구 등 실태를 파악하고 지원하기 위한 방안을 탐색적으로 모색하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구결과에 따른 제언으로 첫째, 요보호 2세대 신체장애인 가족을 대상으로 가구중심의 지원체계 구축 및 운영, 둘째, 현실을 감안한 포괄적인 적용, 셋째, 치료기관의 확충과 치료비용의 현실화 및 지원내용과 규정의 상향조정, 넷째, 의료비용에 있어 특례적 지원, 다섯째, 지역사회 활동과 참여 지원을 통한 일상생활이 수행되도록 하는 것, 여섯째, 임대아파트(지원주택 등)의 갱신규정과 갱신내용의 합리적 개선방안 마련, 일곱째, 주거환경이 이동편의성을 확보하도록 개선, 여덟째, 활동지원 제도의 특례적 적용, 아홉째, 휴식과 문화여가생활 참여와 활동을 위한 전문적인(또는 전담적인) 인력배치, 열째, 지원체계(주간보호, 낮활동 지원 등) 구축과 지속적이며 통합적인 정보제공 체계 구축 등이 필요하다고 하였다.

The purpose of this exploratory study is to collect basic information two-generation geriatric families by person with physically disability and to establish support system for them. For this end, conducted interviews with 2 families two-generation geriatric families by person with physically disability and their traits analyzed by hermeneutics method. Regarding on the result, suggested First, to establish support system on a family, Second, application of comprehensive regarding on reality, Third, expands on treatment agency and to reduced the cost of treatment, Fourth, supported of the cost of treatment, Fifth, supported of everyday life to participated community, Sixth, changed to the regulations in force of a rental apartment, Seven, ensured on right to access in/out environment of residential, Eight, expands of personal assistance services, Nine, put the right man in the right place to leisure, rest etc, Ten, provides of comprehensive information
