정서행동 관심군 청소년의 자각증진 프로그램 참여 경험에 대한 현상학적 연구

A Phenomenological Study on the Experience of Adolescents to Need Interest in the Emotional Behavior who participated in Awareness Enhancement Program

본 연구에서는 “자각증진 프로그램에 참여한 정서행동 관심군 청소년의 참여 경험 내용과 구조는 어떠한가?”를 연구문제로 상정하였다. 이를 위해 정서행동 관심군 청소년을 대상으로 총 10회기의 자각증진 프로그램을 실시하고 1회의 추수 회기를 가진 후, 프로그램에 참여한 5명의 참여자를 대상으로 그들의 경험에 대해 면접을 진행하였다. 면접한 내용은 Giorgi(2004)의 현상학에 의한 연구 및 분석방법에 근거하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 참여자들의 경험은 ‘자각’, ‘인지양식의 변화’, ‘인간관의 변화’, ‘심신의 안정’, ‘생활에서의 변화’라는 5가지 중심의미들로 확인이 되었으며, 둘째, ‘자각’은 다른 중심의미들에 직간접적으로 영향을 미치고, ‘인지양식의 변화’와 ‘인간관의 변화’는 ‘심신의 안정’과 ‘생활에서의 변화’에 영향을 미치며, ‘심신의 안정’은 ‘생활에서의 변화’에 영향을 미치는 경험의 구조로 파악이 되었다. 이 연구를 통해 자각증진 프로그램에 참여한 정서행동 관심군 청소년의 경험을 구체적으로 확인해 보았다는데 의의가 있다.

In this study, the research question is what is the content and structure of the experience of adolescents to need an interest in the emotional behavior who participated in the awareness enhancement program? . To this end, a total of 10 sessions of self-awareness enhancement programs were conducted for adolescents to need an interest in emotional behavior. After one follow-up session, interviews were conducted on their experiences with 5 participants. The interviewed contents were analyzed based on the research and analysis method based on the phenomenology of Giorgi (2004). As a result of the analysis, first, the participants experiences were identified with five central meanings: “awareness,” “change of cognitive style,” “change of human view,” “mental and physical stability,” and “change in life.” Second, the structure of experience was identified that “awareness” directly or indirectly affects other central meanings, “changes in cognitive style” and “changes in the human view” affect “mental and physical stability” and “mental and physical stability” affect “changes in life.” Significantly, the experiences of adolescents to need an interest in the emotional behavior who participated in the self-awareness enhancement program were specifically verified through this study.
