A Study on Social Perception of Process-Based Evaluation Using Big Data: Focused on Keyword Network Analysis

연구목적: 본 연구는 빅데이터를 활용하여 과정중심평가에 대한 사회적 인식을 살펴보는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 과정중심+평가를 검색어로 하여 최근 5년간 뉴스, 소셜미디어의 온라인 텍스트 데이터를 수집하여 분석하였다. 연구방법: 수집된 데이터는 1차, 2차의 정제 과정을 거쳐 상위 공출현 단어빈도를 기반으로 주요 단어 50개를 추출하였다. 자료 수집 및 분석을 위해서 Textom을 통해 키워드 빈도분석 및 메트릭스 데이터를 추출하였고, UCINET, NETDRAW를 활용하여 네트워크 분석 및 Concor 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 도출된 연구결과 첫째, 과정중심평가와 동시에 출현한 키워드 중 많이 등장한 키워드는 평가, 교육과정, 학생, 수업, 연구 순이었다. 둘째, 연결중심성, 인접중심성, 매개중심성이 가장 높은 키워드는 평가로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육과정과 성장 키워드는 과정중심평가 전체네트워크에서 높은 밀도로 영향력이 있는 키워드인 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 교육내용, 교육현장, 현재집중, 미래지향적 요소들에 집중적으로 연결된 군집이 형성되었다. 논의 및 결론: 따라서 본 연구는 빅데이터를 통해 과정중심평가에 대한 사회적 인식을 살펴보았다는 점에서 의의가 있겠으며, 교육현장에서의 과정중심평가에 대한 개선사항과 향후 교육정책을 수립하는데 있어 기초자료로 활용 될 수 있기를 기대한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the social perception of process-oriented evaluation using big data. For this purpose, online text data of news and social media were collected about past 5 years using process-oriented + evaluation. Method: The collected data went through the 1st and 2nd refining process, and 50 main words were selected based on the number of high-level co-occurrence words. For data analysis, keyword frequency analysis and metrics data were extracted through Textom, and network analysis and Concor analysis were performed using UCINET and NETDRAW. Results: The research results were as follow. First, the most frequently appeared keywords were evaluation, curriculum, student, class, and research. Second, the keyword with the highest connection-centeredness, adjacency-centeredness, and mediation-centeredness was evaluated. Third, curriculum and growth were keywords that had high density and influence in the entire network of process-oriented evaluation. Fourth, clusters intensively connected to educational content, educational field, present concentration, and future-oriented elements were formed. Therefore, this study is meaningful in that it examines the social perception of process-based evaluation through big data, and in practical terms. Conclusion: This research results can be used as a reference material in establishing future educational policies such as difficulties and activation plans of process-based evaluation.
