음악치료사의 장애인식이 실천적 지식과 자기 효능감에 미치는 구조관계

A Study on the Structural Relationship of Music Therapists’ Disability Awareness to Practical Knowledge and Self-Efficacy

이 연구는 음악치료사의 장애인식이 실천적 지식과 자기효능감에 미치는 구조관계를 알아보기 위하여 조사연구로 수행되었다. 설문지는 장애인식, 실천적 지식, 그리고 자기효능감 관련 각 15문항으로 총 45문항으로 구성되었으며 전국음악치료사협회 정회원을 대상으로 E-mail을 발송하여 246부를 수집하였다. 자료처리 방법에서는 탐색적 및 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계 분석, 그리고 구조방정식 등을 적용하였다. 음악치료사의 장애인식에 대한 요인, 실천적 지식, 그리고 자기효능감 요인 모두 두 개의 구성요인으로 구분되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 음악치료사의 장애인식은 자기효능감에 대하여 필요충분조건에 해당하는 구조이며, 또한 장애인식과 실천적 지식의 관계도 필요충분조건으로 설명된다. 그러나 장애인식이 자기효능감을 매개할 경우 종속변인인 실천적 지식에 영향을 미치는 설명력은 필요조건으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 음악치료사의 장애인식과 자기효능감 및 실천적 지식은 상호 간에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 양방향 요인이지만, 장애인식이 자기효능감을 매개하여 실천적 지식에 영향을 제공하는 경로는 단방향적 특성이 강함을 이 연구에서는 제시하고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship of music therapists’ disability awareness to practical knowledge and self-efficacy. The questionnaire consisted of a total of 45 items, including 15 items on the disability awareness, 15 items on practical knowledge, and 15 items on self-efficacy. For this study, 246 copies were collected by sending an e-mail requesting full members of the National Association of Korean Music Therapists to participate for this study. The exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation were utilized for this study. The results of this study were that disability awareness of the music therapists was a structure corresponding to self-efficacy and practical knowledge with necessary and sufficient conditions. However disability awareness mediates the self-efficacy, the explanatory power that affects the dependent, practical knowledge, is limited to required conditions. In conclusion, music therapist’s disability awareness and self-efficacy, disability awareness and practical knowledge are the factors that can affect each other, however, this study suggests that the path of disability awareness medicated with self-efficacy affecting practical knowledge is unidirectional structure.
