디지털 시대의 온라인 예배

Online Worship in the Digital Age

본 연구는 온라인 예배에 대한 다양한 비판을 수용하면서도 그것을 어떻게 교회론적인 입장에서 이해와 적용이 가능하겠는지를 확인하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 미래적 환경에서는 온라인 예배가 선택이 아닌 필연적인 요소일 수밖에 없음을 살펴보면서 예배에 대한 신학적 교회론의 변화의 필요성을 제기하였다. 동시에, 효율적 목회를 위해 디지털 방식을 어떻게 활용할 것인지를 다음과 같이 제안하였다. 첫째, 온라인 예배는 양방향 소통을 위한 목회적 수단으로서 활용되어야 한다. 둘째, 온라인 예배는 교회 구성원들의 보다 적극적인 참여를 유도하는 수단이 되어야 한다. 셋째, 온라인 예배는 하이브리드 방식으로 실행될 때 더욱 효과적이다. 넷째, 디지털 방식을 접목한 목회적 운영에 대한 계속적 교육은 반드시 필요하다.

While accepting various criticisms concerning online worship, this study aims to determine how it can be understood and applied from a church-based standpoint. Looking at online worship as an inevitable element, not an option, in the future environment, the researcher raised the need for a change in the theology of worship. At the same time, the researcher proposed how to utilize the digital method for efficient pastoral ministry as follows. Firstly, online worship should be used as a pastoral means for two-way communication. Secondly, online worship should be a means of encouraging more active participation of church members. Thirdly, online worship is more effective when implemented in a hybrid manner. Fourthly, continuous education on pastoral ministries that incorporate digital methods is essential.
