대학생의 비대면 수업 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인

A Study on Factors Affecting the Satisfaction of Non-face-to-Face Class in a University: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Class Participation

본 연구는 수도권 A 대학에 재학 중인 학생들을 대상으로 실시한 온라인 조사 자료를 활용하여, 대학생의 비대면 수업에 영향을 끼치는 요인을 살펴보고자 수행되었다. 특히 대학생의 비대면 수업 만족도 영향 요인 중 대학 차원의 준비, 교수자 차원의 수업 준비, 수업 운영 방식에 관한 인식이 대학생의 비대면 수업 만족도에 영향을 끼치는 경로에서 학생의 수업 참여도가 매개하는지 확인하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 비대면 수업 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아본 결과, 교수자 차원의 수업 준비, 대학 차원의 준비, 수업 운영 방식에 대한 인식 순으로 비대면 수업 만족도에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 비대면 수업을 위한 대학 차원의 준비가 비대면 수업 만족도에 미치는 영향에서 학생 수업 참여도의 매개효과를 검토한 결과, 학생수업 참여도가 대학 차원의 준비와 비대면 수업 만족도의 관계를 부분적으로 매개하였다. 셋째, 비대면 수업을 위한 교수자 차원의 수업 준비가 비대면 수업 만족도에 미치는 영향에서 학생 수업 참여도가 비대면 수업을 위한 교수자 차원의 수업 준비와 비대면 수업 만족도의 관계를 부분적으로 매개하였다. 넷째, 비대면 수업 운영 방식(성적 평가, 출석 처리, 강의 공개 시간에 대한 적절성)에 대한 인식이 비대면 수업 만족도에 미치는 영향에서 학생 수업 참여도가 부분적으로 매개하였다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 비대면 수업이 만족스러운 수업 형태로 정착할 수 있도록 하는 방안을 제시하였다.

This study is to explore the factors that affect the satisfaction on non-face-to-face class in a university. It was analyzed based on the response data of students in A university. In particular, this study focused on mediating effect of student participation. The main findings of this study are as follows: First, as a result of exploring the factors that affect non-face-to-face class satisfaction, three factors(instructor preparation, school preparation, and class management) influenced satisfaction. Second, when the effect of school preparation on class satisfaction and the mediating effect of student participation were analyzed, student participation partially mediated the relationship between school preparation and satisfaction. Third, when the effect of instructor preparation on class satisfaction and the mediating effect of student participation were analyzed, student participation partially mediated the relationship between instructor preparation and satisfaction. Fourth, when the effect of class management on class satisfaction and the mediating effect of student participation were analyzed, student participation partially mediated the relationship between class management and satisfaction. Based on the support of the school, the preparation of the instructor, and the participation of the learners, we hope that students will be able to make more satisfying non-face-to-face class.
