대면수업과 비대면 수업에서 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인

Factors Affecting Satisfaction in Face-to-Face and Non-Face Classes

본 연구에서는 대면수업과 비대면 수업에서 수업의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 알아보고자 했다. 이를 위해 대면 수업이 이루어지던 2019-2학기 설문과 의도성을 가지고 이와 같은 문항으로 이루어진 비대면 수업이 이루어지던 2020-2학기 설문을 분석하여 그 차이를 분석했다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대면수업과 비대면 수업에서 모두 학습자 요인(학습동기와 성취도)가 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 대면 수업에서는 학습자 참여는 만족도에 영향을 미치나 교수자 요인은 영향을 미치지 않는다. 그러나 비대면 수업에서는 역으로 교수자 요인이 영향을 미치며, 학습자 참여는 영향을 미치지 않는다. 셋째, 대면 수업에서는 모든 요인에서 남학생의 만족도가 높게 나타났고, 비대면 수업에서는 여학생의 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 대면 수업에서는 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 있어서 학년별 차이가 존재하나 비대면 수업에서는 학년별 차이는 존재하지 않는다. 다만 직전 학기 취득학점에서는 대면과 비대면 수업에서 모두 차이가 존재하며, 그 차이는 비대면 수업에서 분명하게 나타났다.

In this study, we tried to find out what factors affect the satisfaction of classes in face-to-face and non-face classes. To this end, we analyzed the difference between the 2019-2 semester survey in which face-to-face classes were conducted and the 2020-2 semester survey in which non-face classes consisted of such questions were conducted with intentionality. The results of the study are as follows. First, in both face-to-face and non-face classes, learner factors (learning motivation and achievement) have the greatest impact on satisfaction. Second, in face-to-face classes, learner engagement affects satisfaction, but not professor factors. However, in non-face-to-face classes, the faculty factor inversely affects, and learner engagement does not. Third, male students showed high satisfaction in all factors in face-to-face classes, and female students showed high satisfaction in non-face classes. Fourth, in face-to-face classes, there is a difference between grades in terms of factors that affect satisfaction, but in non-face-to-face classes, there is no difference between grades. However, there is a difference in both face-to-face and non-face classes in the previous semester s acquisition credits, and the difference is evident in non-face classes.
