스포츠클럽에 참여한 초등학생의 신체인지와 공감력 및 체육수업기대 간의 관계

Relationship between Physical Perception, Empathy, and Physical Education Classes Expectation of Elementary Students Participating in Sports Clubs

이 연구의 목적은 스포츠클럽 활동에 참여하는 초등학생들의 신체인지와 공감력 및 체육수업기대와의 구조적인 관계를 실증적으로 규명하는데 있다. 연구목적을 위한 연구대상은 I시 재학 중이며, 학교 스포츠클럽 활동에 참여하는 4, 5, 6 초등학생 총 450명을 편의표본추출방법(convenience sampling method)을 활용하여 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 24.0과 AMOS 22.0 및 MIcrosoft Excel 프로그램을 활용하여, 탐색적․확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식 모형(structural equation model) 분석을 하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 스포츠클럽 활동에 참여하는 초등학생의 체형에 대한 인지 수준은 공감력과 체육수업기대에 부분적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 스포츠클럽 활동에 참여하는 초등학생의 운동에 대한 인지 수준은 공감력과 체육수업기대에 부분적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 스포츠클럽 활동에 참여하는 초등학생의 공감력은 체육수업기대에 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 스포츠클럽 활동에 참여한 초등학생들의 공감력은 신체인지와 체육수업기대 간의 관계에서 간접(매개)효과를 나타냈다.

This study verifies the structural relationship between physical perception and empathy of elementary students participating in sports club activities and the expectations for physical education classes. The subjects for the study were 450 students from an elementary school in I city who participated in sports clubs; they were selected using the convenience sampling method. Data processing was performed using the statistical software SPSS 24.0, AMOS 22.0, and Microsoft Excel (2016) programs, descriptive statistics analysis, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and structural equation model analysis (SEM). The findings are as follows. First, the body perception of elementary students participating in sports club activities partially affected empathy and physical education class expectations. Second, the exercise perception of elementary students participating in sports club activities partially affected empathy and physical education class expectations. Third, the empathy of elementary students participating in sports club activities influenced the expectation of physical education classes. Fourth, the students revealed an indirect (mediated) effect on the relationship between physical perception and physical education class expectations.
