코로나 19 관련 교육부 교육정책에 대한 언론보도기사의 경향성 분석

Analysis of press articles in Korean media on education policy of the Ministry of Education related to COVID-19

이 연구는 코로나 19 관련 교육부 교육정책에 대한 언론보도기사의 경향성을 분석하고, 코로나 19에 따른 교육적 시사점을 도출하는 데 연구의 목적이 있었다. 이 연구에서는 2020년 1월 27일부터 9월 25일까지 코로나 관련 교육부 교육정책에 대한 국내 언론보도기사 총 1,142건의 기사를 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 빅데이터를 활용한 텍스트 마이닝 기법과 질적 내용 분석 방법을 사용하였다. 이 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 언론보도기사 제목의 상위 키워드는 ‘등교’, ‘코로나’, ‘개학’, ‘수업’, ‘학교’, ‘연기’, ‘고3’, ‘교육부’, ‘원격’, ‘수능’ 이었다. 둘째, 언론보도기사에서 언급한 코로나 19에 대한 이슈는 ‘등교’, ‘개학’, ‘입시’, ‘수업’, ‘보건’, ‘교육’, ‘휴업’, ‘학사’, ‘평가’, ‘보육’, ‘휴교’, ‘학교’, ‘교사’이었다. 셋째, 언론보도기사에서는 코로나 19 확진자 현황에 따른 등교 이슈를 집중적으로 보도하였으며, 코로나 및 포스트 코로나 시대의 교육문제와 교육혁신에 대한 이슈를 불러일으켰다. 이러한 연구결과에 기초하여, 포스트 코로나 시대에 대한 교육적 시사점을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the trend of media on the education policy of the Ministry of Education related to COVID-19 and to draw educational implications. In this study, a total of 1,142 press articles were analyzed from January 27 to September 25, 2020. The main results of the study are as follows. First, 6,094 keywords were first extracted from the title of a press article, and a total of 1,026 keywords were extracted by excluding duplicate keywords. As a result of the qualitative content analysis, 13 topics were generated. Third, we analyzed the trends of press articles in the COVID-19 related education policy by month. As a result of cross-analysis of the frequency of the topics by month, there was a significant difference. In conclusion, the title and content of the article was about the issue of opening and attending school according to the current status of COVID-19. Based on results of this study, this study were presented educational implications related to the post COVID-19
