사회복지 교육과정 내 의료사회복지론 교과목 지침 개정안 연구

The Revision of Social Work in Health Care Course Guideline in Social Work Curriculum

본 연구는 급성 치료 중심에서 장기적 돌봄의 중요성이 증가하는 보건의료의 환경변화, 사회복지사업법 개정으로 의료사회복지사의 법정 자격제도 도입이 이루어진 상황을 고려하여, 사회복지 교육과정 내 『의료사회복지론』 교과목 지침 개정안 마련을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 국내 시판 중인 11종 교재 분석, 교수 및 의료사회복지사 등 5명의 전문가 대상 초점집단토론 2회, 교수 33명과 의료사회복지사 135명을 대상으로 개정안에 대한 의견수렴을 위해 설문조사를 하였고 분석결과를 종합하여 개정안을 마련하였다. 『의료사회복지론』 교과목 개정안에서는 병원 내 의료사회복지사의 역할을 넘어 보다 다양한 환경 속에서 보건의료와 사회복지의 협력을 학습할 수 있도록 하였으며, 각 차시 별로 구체적인 내용을 제안하였다

The purpose of this study is to revise the Social Work in Health Care course guidelines in social work curriculum considering the changes in the healthcare environment from acute care model to health continuum model and the legalization of medical social worker qualification through the revision of Social Welfare Service Act in Korea. We conducted an analysis of 11 textbooks in Korea, two times of focus group discussions with 5 experts including professors and medical social workers, and web-based survey on 33 professors and 135 medical social workers in order to collect ideas on the revision of course guidelines. In results, we suggested that the scope of the course guidelines should include cooperation between healthcare and social welfare in various settings beyond hospital.
