This paper suggests the method and calculation about the cost of repairing by defects of the object on the contract for work concerning the case of Korea Supreme Court(Case Number 95da30345). On the paper is explained the basis of the defect s importance, the time of demand for the cost of repairing by the object s defect and the calculation and method about repairing charges on the object s defect. Also matters connected with this is commented between cases and theories in Korea. Therefore we are able to take several informations about that matters. In conclusion is presented reasonable criterions for the calculation s method in regard of the repairing charges on the contract of work.
