원격 문화예술교육의 현황과 실제적 적용을 위한 제언

A Study on the Teachers’ and Learners’ Perception for Exploring Issues on Online Learning in Arts and Culture Education

2020년 코로나19 감염 확산으로 인해 급작스럽게 비대면 수업이 전면 실행되면서 원격교육에 대한 사회적 관심과 요구가 높아지고 있다. 체험과 실습을 강조하는 문화예술교육의 특성상 원격 교육 방식의 적용을 두고 여러 가지 우려와 논의가 분분하다. 그럼에도 원격 문화예술교육은 교육 기회의 확대와 개인별 맞춤형 교육 전략, 교육 자료의 첨단화 등 다양한 가능성을 지니고 있어 미래교육을 대비하는 측면에서 이에 대한 고려가 필요하다. 이에 본고에서는 원격 문화예술교육의 장단점과 유형, 교수학습매체의 유형과 특징, 원격 문화예술교육 사례와 선행연구 등을 살펴보았다. 이론적 분석틀에 기초하여 문화예술교육 경험이 있는 교수자와 학습자를 대상으로 원격 문화예술교육 인식에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 교수자의 역할 변화에 따른 대비, 학습자의 역할과 책임 강화, 블랜디드 러닝 선호 경향에 따른 교수학습전략 변화, 학습자료 공유에 따른 저작권 교육 및 문제 해결 방안에 대한 제언을 도출할 수 있었다.

Due to the spread of Corona 19 infection in 2020, non-face-to-face classes were suddenly conducted, and social interest and demand for distance education increased considerably. In particular, in the field of culture and arts education that emphasizes experience and practice, various concerns and discussions are divided over the application of the distance education method. Nevertheless, in the future education environment, distance education has various possibilities such as expansion of educational opportunities, customized education strategies for each individual, and cutting-edge educational materials. Therefore, it is time to consider the implementation of distance education in culture and arts education as well. Therefore, in this paper, based on the results of a survey on the pros and cons of distance education, learning environment, practical examples of distance culture and arts education, and empirical perception of distance culture and arts education, we intend to derive issues and discuss educational implications I did. As a result, preparation for changes in the role of instructors, reinforcement of learners roles and responsibilities, changes in teaching-learning strategies according to preference for blended learning, and discussion on copyright education and problem-solving methods by sharing learning materials were drawn as major issues.
