국가공인 산업보안관리사(ISE) 자격제도의 태동에 관한 고찰과 발전방안

A Study on the Development of the National Certified Industrial Security Expert (ISE) Qualification System

현재 국가공인 민간자격제도로 승격되어 운영되고 있는 산업보안관리사 제도가 언제 어떻게 산업보안관리사라는 민간자격이 태동하게 되어 오늘날에 이르게 되었는지에 대한 연혁적 고찰 등 자격제도 도입의 태동에 대한 연구와 조사를 통하여 향후 본 자격제도의 과거와 현재의 발전방안 사료연구에 도움이 되게 하고자 한다. 기록되지 않는 것은 역사화할 수 없다는 명언대로 15년여 전의 자료와 근거를 바탕으로 자격의 명칭 선정부터 최초 도입시기와 배경, 자격제도의 도입과정, 시험운영 계획 현황 등에 대한 각종의 자료와 증언을 통하여 밝혀내어 기록 정리하고 이를 발판으로 본 자격제도의 발전방안을 제시하고자 한다.
