浅析反垄断法适用除外制度在我国体育业的运用

Analysis on the Application of the Exemption of Antitrust Law in Chinese sports industry

체육업은 많은 나라에서 반독점법의 적용이 제외되는 제도의 대상이다. 그러나 중국의 체육업계에서 이 제도의 운용은 아직도 공백에 처하여 있다. 이 글에서는 문헌자료법을 통하여 국외 각 제도의 적용정황을 참고하고 합리한 입법건의를 제기하여 제도의 변화를 겪고 있는 중국의 체육사업에 좋은 의견을 제기하려 한다.

体育业是多国反垄断法适用除外制度的对象，而在我国体育界这项制度的运用还是一片空白。文章通过文献资料法借鉴对比国外该制度的适用情况，提出合理的立法建议，以期为我国处在转制时期的体育事业保驾护航。 The exemption of antitrust law has been applied by lots countries, while it is still blank in Chinese sports laws. The article adopting the method of the documentation, comparing the application of the system aboard, putting forward reasonable legislative proposals, just hopes it would be useful for Chinese sports careers in the conversion period.
